Air Temperature: cool
Sea Temperature: ok
Weather: rainy cloudy autumn

arrived about 1.30 after talking to Pete. headed for the manor, high tide at the dip..I say no no no...
Pete and I had 9.5M tushy / phantoms and of course its a 3 nmile race to the dip. Pete left me for dead, 200M up in the first section, but the rough seas forced him to close reach - heading out to sea, whilst I stayed broad and landed first.
The dip is crap. nowhere to land, filled my track with stones and shit seas. why its a fave spot beats me.
The wind was now 20kts, big seas, me and Pete were debating not sailing back the 3 Nm to the manor. Didn't fancy the walk of shame so headed out -min plate- and god bless the tushy and outhaul adj, as on the first tack I cranked the sail flat which easily lost 5kts. Pete with no adjuster turned back for the blistering :( walk
Once I turned the corner at the fludge, the sea levelled up and it was an easy beat to the martello, although had to land early as the track was jammed at the back.
the rain poured to end a hard day. Chris S was out on 6.0 look to be having a decent sail, in the heavy seas.
